Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services of Carewell Dental Clinic or booking an appointment through our website. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Appointment Booking
- Online appointment bookings are requests only. All bookings are subject to confirmation by the clinic team via WhatsApp or phone call.
- Appointments are confirmed only upon receiving a confirmation message from our team. An unconfirmed booking does not guarantee a slot.
- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen clinical circumstances. We will contact you as early as possible in such cases.
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete any required registration.
2. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
- We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations (less than 2 hours before appointment) or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee at the clinic's discretion.
- Repeated no-shows without notice may result in restricted access to online booking.

3. Treatment and Clinical Care
- All dental treatments are carried out by qualified, registered dental practitioners in accordance with Malaysian Dental Council (MDC) standards.
- Treatment plans are individualised and will be discussed with you before any procedure commences. You have the right to ask questions and to accept or decline any recommended treatment.
- The clinic reserves the right to decline treatment that is deemed clinically inappropriate or that poses a risk to the patient or staff.
- Results of cosmetic treatments (whitening, veneers, bonding) vary between individuals. We do not guarantee specific aesthetic outcomes.
- Post-treatment care instructions must be followed to minimise complications. The clinic is not liable for complications arising from non-compliance with aftercare advice.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the time of service unless covered by a panel insurance arrangement.
- We accept cash, bank transfer, and major debit/credit cards. E-wallet acceptance subject to availability.
- Panel patients are responsible for any co-payment or treatment costs not covered by their plan. Please verify your coverage prior to treatment.
- Treatment fees may vary and are subject to change. An estimate will be provided before commencing treatment where possible.
- Paid deposits for specialist treatments or lab-based work (crowns, implants, braces) are non-refundable once laboratory fabrication has commenced.
5. Insurance and Panel Claims
- Carewell Dental Clinic is registered with several panel insurance providers. Coverage depends on your individual plan and is subject to panel approval.
- The clinic is not responsible for rejected claims. Patients are responsible for unpaid balances if claims are denied by their insurer.
- Please bring your insurance card and valid identity document on every visit for panel verification.
6. Patient Responsibilities
- Patients must provide accurate and complete medical and dental history, including all medications, allergies, and pre-existing conditions.
- Patients must disclose any changes to their health or medications since their last visit.
- The clinic cannot be held responsible for adverse outcomes resulting from undisclosed medical information.
- Patients are expected to behave respectfully toward all clinic staff. The clinic reserves the right to refuse service to patients who display abusive or threatening behaviour.
7. Children and Minors
Patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their first visit and for any treatment requiring consent. Treatment consent for minors must be provided by a parent or legal guardian.

- The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional dental or medical advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
