Dr. S. Kalaimani graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from the prestigious Madras Medical College in 1978. He began his career in government dental service in Johor, where two formative years gave him a deep grounding in patient-centred clinical care.
In 1981, Dr. Kalaimani transitioned to private practice in Kuala Lumpur, a decision that would define the next four decades of his professional life. His reputation for ethical, compassionate dentistry grew steadily, and he went on to establish and manage three successful dental clinics across the Klang Valley, including Carewell Dental Clinic in Sentul & Jalan Ipoh.
With over 40 years of clinical experience, Dr. Kalaimani remains as committed today as he was at the start of his career, believing that every patient deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and the highest standard of care.

Dr. Kalaimani practises patient-centred dentistry built on trust, compassion, and clear communication. He places strong emphasis on preventive care and early intervention, helping patients maintain lasting oral health. With a gentle and ethical approach, he ensures that every treatment is not only clinically sound, but comfortable and tailored to the individual, building relationships that span generations.

Dr. Priyangaa brings a patient-first approach to every consultation. With a strong foundation in general and restorative dentistry, she combines clinical precision with a warm, reassuring manner that puts even the most anxious patients at ease.
Having treated patients across a wide spectrum, from a child's very first dental visit to complex full-arch cases, Dr. Priyangaa understands that no two smiles are alike. She takes time to explain options clearly and plans treatment around each patient's needs.
She is particularly passionate about orthodontic treatment, helping patients achieve healthier, more confident smiles through both traditional braces and modern clear aligner systems, and stays current through continuous professional development.
